All changes and cancellations should be formally informed until 72h included before the day of arrival, in order to avoid any cancellation charges. All changes and cancellations informed less than 72h before the day of arrival we will charge 100% of total stay. In case of ‘no-show’ will be charged 100% of the total stay.
Lisbon Municipal Tax: Lisbon City Council has introduced, from the 1st September 2024, a city tax on all hotels, applicable to all guests from 13 years old, a fee of €4,00 per person/ per night up to a maximum of €28,00 per person/ per stay. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in/check-out by the guest.
Municipal Tax of Oeiras: Oeiras City Councils has introduced, from the 15th August of 2024, a city tax, applicable to all guests from 13 years old, a fee of 1Eur per person/per night up to a maximum of 7Eur per person/ per stay. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in by the guest.
Cascais City Tax: Cascais City Councils has introduced, from the 1st January of 2025, a city tax, applicable to all guests from 13 years old, a fee of 4Eur. per person/per night up to a maximum of 28Eur. per person/ per stay. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in by the guest.
Albufeira City Tax: The Albufeira City Council has introduced, from the 21st May of 2024, a city tax on all hotels, applicable to all guests from 13 years old, a fee of €2.00 per person/per night up to a maximum of €14.00 per person/ per stay. Payment of this tax must be made before check-in by the guest himself. You can do this at the hotel reception or via this link. This tax is charged during the period from April 1st to October 31st.
Municipal Taxes not included:
Olhão City Council has introduced, from the 19th June of 2023 onwards, a city tax with the value of two euros during the high season (from April 1st to October 31st) and one euro during the low season (from November 1st to March 31st). The tourist tax is paid per person aged 16 and above and per overnight stay, up to a limit of five nights per stay. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in by the guest.
